Roberta Williams walking away from fairy tales, and the largest production Sierra ever shipped: seven CD-ROMs of live actors composited onto rendered sets, a Mature rating, and an installer that offers to lock the scenes that earned it behind a password. Adrienne inherits a mansion on an island off the Maine coast and, with it, whatever the previous owner sealed in the chapel. The puzzles are gentle; the atmosphere is not. High-water mark of the interactive movie era, for better and for worse.
